Rocky's such a good model. 
Sun was coming in through the kitchen window, and he was sitting, facing towards it in my reference photo. I love doing high contrast drawings like this, so I thought I'd use some graphite.
Edit - Got rid of that mouth line. It looked cartoony to me.
